How we use it
We use submitted information to review distribution requests, evaluate title fit, respond to authors, operate the website, prevent misuse, and manage approved distribution work.
Manuscript files
Rejected manuscripts are retained for 30 days.
If our team rejects a manuscript, its stored file is scheduled for deletion within 30 days of rejection. Other records may be kept only as needed for communication, security, legal obligations, or an active distribution relationship.
Control
Your choices
You may ask to correct your contact information, withdraw a pending submission, or request deletion where applicable. Email info@booksworldwide.net with the manuscript title and submission email.
